I was pretty excited to get this chair, but the shipping was absolutely horrible. The company wasn't much help when I asked why my package was never dropped off after it was supposed to have been delivered.The actual chair, it's a nice pink. That's about the end of the good things I have to say. The box came falling apart. Clearly not shipping damaged, it was dropped off this way. If you use anything to cut the box open, be careful. The pieces of the chair that are fabric, are not wrapped well at that. They're in thin bags, so you've got a good chance at cutting the fabric inside because of how stuffed into the box the pieces are.The bottom of the chair had staples falling out, and was sloppily done. The back has giant silver screws you can see on the black metal spine if you don't use the lower back pad.The stitching is bad, it looks like a bad copy of the chair in the Amazon photos, lots of little ears sticking out and crinkles in the fabric.The actual chair doesn't feel all that great. Pretty wobbly, but it doesn't seem like it will fall in. Honestly, it's not worth the maybe $20 I saved, instead of buying another pink one similar to this with a lot more reviews.The instructions are basically useless, but if you've put together any of these chairs, they're basically all the same. So you'll figure it out quickly. I put it together myself in about 15 minutes.I would advise passing, but if you do purchase, you'll have a pink chair. Just not really one worth the price tag.Ummm so yeah the chair itself was fair. Ok mean I paid $100 for it so I wasn’t expecting much but was still kinda expecting more. Incredibly easy to assemble. It comes with one of those L-shaped bits to tighten screws but if you have a screwdriver with a hexagonal bit it’ll save you time. I got it done in 15 minutes. Everything else was subpar. I ended up not using the cushions. I use a small thick blanket and pillow for cushioning. To me this chair is not “big guy” friendly. I’m not huge but I do pack a little weight and I felt like this was made for a much smaller person. Also the wheels were meh.Purchased for sons birthday. He’s 15 and likes to game and it was an additional present for his room (we bought a desk also) Chair came pretty quickly and we were excited to surprise him early by having desk and chair put together in his room. We haven’t even had the delivery a full 24 hours and the base is broken. He was so excited at first. He got it all set up and used it for an hour last night. Today, he was streaming a show at his desk. The chair base broke in back and he went into the floor jarring his butt/back and then his ankles hit the desk. The chair description states it holds up to 300 lbs, he is 255lbs.I sat in the chair to “test” it before putting in his room. It did not feel unsafe, wobbly or loose. I’m not sure what happened here, if the plastic was just weak or legs aren’t long enough, but it’s an awful situation and ruined his entire day.I’m upset that he got hurt and that the chair is unusable. I’m not placing any blame directly, but I wouldn’t purchase or use the chair for anyone over 200lbs, just to be safe. I don’t know if weight was the only factor, like I said, it didn’t “feel” unsafe but there are a lot of unknowns without paperwork, warranty and statistical info (it was NOT included in the box. I have emailed the seller to see what options there are. I have not initiated a refund yet because I am not ready to take the damn thing apart right now.My daughter chose this because it fit the "aesthetic" for the redo of her bedroom.Putting it together was about the same as putting together any other office chair I've faced.Once assembled it looked exactly like she wanted and the quality was what I was expecting. The chair feels a bit rickety. The padding is minimal. The wheels aren't great. But, overall she's happy because if fits the look she was after. And, if you mainly care about getting a chair that looks like this one then you might be as well.I bought 2 chairs for my girls. One chair had everything and the other chair was missing screws as well as the holes to attach the back support. We ended up just fixing it ourselves. The boxes were all beat up when they were delivered so I wasn’t going to return it for a new one.When I got the chair, it was easy to assemble and really cute! It looks great with my gaming set up. However, it's flat on the seating portion of it, so I bought a cat paw cushion. Overall the seat is really comfortable and it seems to be more for people who are short and small.-easy to assemble-The arm padding is really nice, and I have boney elbows so it causes comfort.-The chair feels of good quality.It does say that it supports up to 300lb but I don't believe that, I'm petite and weigh 95lb so I think it actually fits up to 170lb, so I don't recommend this to people who weigh more.the chair was easy to assemble. the customer service was also wonderful, my chair arrived missing part m but I reached out and I received it in about a week. I really reccomend this chair. if your looking for a good chair I reccomend this one, but also add a lower back pillow if your worried.This is really comfortable chair and both back and neck cushions gives a luxurious feeling it is really easy to assemble and the arm rest are making your arms relax while setting and working on desk.Using this arm chair won’t make you to have back and arms and neck pain trust me it is a strong and quality product.It is value for money compare to the others in the market.Recommend it you will be not disappointed.Really easy and fast to assemble. Comfortable to work and play games for long time. We bought it 6 months ago and the material is still in good conditions. Great product.Easy to assemble but highly uncomfortable, padding is lacking, the arms are too low so they can't be used as intended, and the shape is just entirely wrong for me, might just be me and might be amazing for others but for me it's a hard pass, spend the extra money and buy a better one.Had this chair for 3weeks then the seat begun to lean forward and really far back and its because the man join holding the seat to base of the chair is glue or some cheap resin I really don't know why u Didn't you screws it triggers meEasy to assemble excellent quality arrived on time
