Price was right, assembly a little tricky to set up the tilt mechanism. Sits great so far. The z leather like material should give us good use before it starts cracking.Took like 20 minutes and the instructions were easy to understand… comfortable and very professionally manufacturedVersatile and comfortable fits all body types in my household. Smooth enough to sleep in.The chair was affordable and easy to assemble but after a few months the base broke and the arms fell off. My teenage daughter used this for gaming. She said it wasn’t that Comfortable also. I guess it would be good for someone who doesn’t use it a lot but definitely not something I would purchase again.Was gift,said loved it. Recliner greag gamming. Pretty.Uses daily.Compared to the last chair I bought on this site its amazing, and not a defective cluster F*** So it's got that going for it. With that being said it's not perfect, the stitching is off and crooked in places and you can tell they forces the zipper closed cause several teeth are missing along its length, but you don't really see any of that while your in it so not such a huge deal but id does speak to the lack of over all quality in their manufacturing sooo maybe take it into consideration before purchase.The adjustable back and neck pillows are nice to have and easily removeable if unwanted. Assembly was simple and straight forward, although the diagrams in the instructions where fairly small and hard to read but the information still gets across. The little multi tool allen wrench it came with was a bit of a pain to use in spots but does the job. Overall the construction is pretty solid, using pretty thick bolts complete with washers and a gripping or anti rust coating perhaps. I don't feel like the arms arm going to snap off if I push myself up out of the chair.A few draw backs, the packaging was a tad excessive, minor gripe there. There is a slight wobble where the piston meets the base of the chair butt most swivel chairs suffer from that and it's minor compared to ones I've owned in the past. Biggest issue, and I think this is more the 'Gamming chair' styles fault that I didn't think about the little edge lips on the seat of the chair, they can really din into your hips/thigh and make it very unpleasant to sit in, and doing things like sitting on a leg or cross legged lets say are nearly impossible to do comfortably.*UPDATE* After about a month and a half now the wobble has gotten much worse, the chair has a major lean to one side, and gets worse by the day. DON'T BUYAnother Update, less than a year on and the metal support that the right armrest bolted into broke in 2 places and had to be completely removedThis chair was great at first, but didn’t last long.I just love my new chair WOW why did wait so long to get one
