No instructions make it a little hard to put together. The cord bag underneath the chair is super inconvenient and the chair started squeaking less than a month after I started using it. That’s is all the negative I can give. Overall I love the chair and think it was a great purchase. Highly recommend!Bought last week. To begin with, the delivery option said free delivery in 8-12 days and it was delivered in 2! Maybe it was luck, maybe not. No tears or scratches. Took 30 mins to assemble. The tools are included. It's comfortable. The pillows are a good feature. The recliner is awesome. The foot rest is awesome but the support arms feel weak. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the first thing to break, but I'm 6'0, 250 lbs. with heavy legs. Overall happy with the product so far. I got 5 years out of my last chair that was half the price until it taco'd from under me without warning and I went from playing my game to laying on the floor in 2 seconds lolI had a very hard time deciding on a work chair, but I’m so glad I selected this one! I easily assembled it myself in about 30 minutes w/the included hardware only. It’s SOOO comfortable! I have arthritis in my lower back, and the massage function is such a bonus. It not only alleviates/prevents the fatigue from sitting at my desk all day but also alleviates and prevents the pain. There’s plenty of padding in the seat and back. Neck and back rest pillows are both at good positions and heights.Arrived very well packed and sooner than estimated arrival date.Only 3 drawbacks (all relatively minor): The arm rests swivel too easily and don’t really fully lock into place. The contoured sides of the back of the seat could be wider. The leg rest would be even better if it extended further—I’m 5’6.5” and the far edge of it only comes to about half-calf length. None of these things would prevent me from either recommending or making the same choice.Every thing about the chair is good, was missing some parts contacted the seller and they sent part to me after I left a review of missing parts but in the end they fix the problemWe purchased Two of these for out Sons 16 and 12...They are the envy of all their friends because they all say these are AWESOME!,Shipping was fast as wellBought this chair for my boyfriend. He loves it! It was easy for him to put together and he says it's very comfortable.This chair is overall pretty comfy. I have pretty wide hips and the sides where your hips rest isn’t very comfy if I sit there too long. So for gaming it’s a little annoying. But over all I like the chair. The vibrating back piece isn’t very strong or effective in my opinion.10/10 recommendNice design and comfortable
