Originally I thought the chair was missing it’s legs. After waiting for a response from the seller, which granted took longer than I would have liked, it turns out it was in the seat cushion. I’m very pleased with how this chair is made. As a bigger girl with thick thighs and a fear of breaking chairs, this chair is wider than most and it’s extremely secure. It’s frame is made out of metal, so I don’t feel like one wrong move will send this chair crumbling. My only complaint is I wish the seat was deeper, but that’s just being picky. I highly recommend this chair. It’s well made and feels great. Just check in the cushion for the legs (it’s not in the instructions).First, this chair automatically loses a star due to its design of knives and gun embroidered on it. Rather tacky. It's an okay chair. I think it's more for someone who is taller as opposed to someone who is wider. Also, the depth could be an inch or two deeper on the seat. The material is fine. It could be a much better chair if the seat was a little wider and deeper, the logo is removed, and the headrest was a little lower.I like the color of the chair very much. The combination of pink and white is really cute. The leather of the chair is also very advanced; There is no peculiar smell. It's very comfortable to sit on. The position of the armrest is just right. Very satisfied.I bought this chair because I sit for long periods at a time. The color was just what I wanted. My co-workers were jealous! The only draw back is the symbol on the front and back. It was not appropriate for my job. I thought it was just an "s" and it was but it was made of weapons. Simple fix I bought a chair slip cover and that fixed the issue.The massager needs to be plugged in via a usb port! not battery operated! Not really really sure if this is specified in the listing details and it isn't necessarily a problem, just thought it would be important to note. THAT SAID this chair is sturdy and comfortable and just as easy to put together as my previous gaming chair from a different brand. I initially purchased because my previous chair started breaking in the seat portion. It cracked by the mechanical bits inside the material; all of the old one is cheap plastic and particle board. This one you can tell is made with quality metal. I feel secure in this chair. Highly recommend this product.The chair is nice though did come with one minor defect of a Crack in one of the plastic hinge covers but it does no effect the operation of the chair. The only real problem I have had is in the arm rests they are interchangeable from one side to the other but you end up with one extending further due to the mechanisms direction so I had take both arm rests "the black tops seperate in two with 4 screws on the underside" apart due to the rests were becoming loose to the point of almost falling off the posts and used that to flip one around so the mechanisms are facing the same direction, so in all some minor annoyance but overall a good chairI work from home and needed a computer chair. My son suggested I get a gaming chair instead. TBH, I didn’t there there was any difference between the two, and when I saw the prices of gaming chairs I thought it was a scam.But my son kept telling me to trust him and I needed up buying this chair.Let me tell y’all-this chair is so ridiculously comfortable and the massaging lumbar support is a real treat! Even after working a long shift, my back feels great!My son was right, a work chair is an investment, and let me tell you, this chair is worth ever penny!I’m buying my husband one for his birthday!Product is built extremely well, but unfortunately it was beyond uncomfortable for my figure.
