This felt sleeve does a fine job of protecting my 13 inch MacBook Pro. The computer slides right in and is then nestled within the felty goodness. That is then nestled within my leather bag and I don't worry so much about my laptop getting scuffed or broken. The snap enclosure is easy to open - although I wish it wasn't there. (That's not a design flaw, it's just a preference I didn't realize I had until after using it.) My cat enjoys sitting on it when I'm not using it. Also, the charcoal grey color is reminiscent of battleships and gun metal and thus having a felt laptop sleeve in no way causes me to question my masculinity even though people often make fun of my "man bag". (How else am I supposed to carry around a laptop? In a steel-sided briefcase handcuffed to my wrist?)
